Bihar Election: Voting for the second phase is going on. More than 60 percent people have already voted at 3 pm. So far 60.40 percent voting has taken place. Building Construction Minister and JDU candidate Jayant Raj Kushwaha voted with his family in Amarpur assembly constituency on Tuesday. He along with his wife Shilpa Surabhi, mother and children reached the polling booth in his native village and cast his vote in a peaceful atmosphere. After voting, Jayant Raj said that it is the duty of every voter to strengthen democracy. He appealed to the people to vote without fear and said that everyone should participate in this great festival of democracy. Jayant Raj expressed confidence that there is huge voting in favor of NDA and they will win with a huge majority. In Gaya’s Mahakar, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said after voting that the possibility of a grand alliance government is not remote. While giving a statement on Tejashwi Yadav, he said that he is making imaginary pulao and is looking for earning in everything.

NDA claims victory

Manjhi expressed confidence that NDA’s victory on at least 160 seats is certain on November 14. Nitish Kumar will be the next Chief Minister. He said that strict steps have also been taken against terrorists, and their efforts have been foiled. Manjhi said that Nitish Kumar’s return is everyone’s first choice. Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore on Tuesday urged the voters of Bihar to use their franchise judiciously. He cast his vote in Karghar assembly constituency of Rohtas district. Kishore said that if the opportunity given by the elections is not taken advantage of, the state will be stuck in the quagmire of corruption, unemployment and forced migration for the next five years. Kishore said that I urge the people of Bihar not to waste time in their homes or their neighbourhoods. They should come out and reach their polling stations. Said that for change, one should vote for one’s betterment.

Opportunity to select good candidates

He further said that elections are an opportunity to elect good candidates and ensure improvement in education and employment generation. If this opportunity is missed, the state will have to endure rampant corruption, unemployment and forced migration for the next five years. Former Union Minister Ashwini Choubey voted with her family in Bhagalpur. Said that this time again a strong NDA government will be formed in Bihar. He said that the people of Bihar will celebrate Diwali of Vijay on 14th November. Expressing grief over the Delhi attack, he called it a conspiracy by Pakistan and said that if Pakistan does not reform, India will not spare it. Choubey said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are serious about the incident. Guidelines have been given to the investigating agencies. He appealed to the public to vote fearlessly and strengthen democracy.
