American court rejected Tahwwur Rana’s appeal

Pakistan refuses to identify
But Pakistan has refused to recognize Rana. In a statement issued by Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, it has been said that Tawwur Rana has not renewed his documents for two decades. In this way he is not a Pakistani but a Canadian citizen.
Who is Tahwwur Rana?
Tehwavur Rana was born on 12 January 1961 in Chichawatni, Punjab province of Pakistan. This information came to light from various official sources, such as the US Department of Justice and its arrest and legal proceedings. He served as a doctor in the Pakistan Army Medical Corps, where he was in the post of Captain. Later, in 1997 he moved to Canada with his wife and obtained Canadian citizenship in June 2001. However, his nationality was Pakistani, and this fact was clear during his arrest and investigation when US authorities investigated his travel history, documents and his relationship with David Headley.
FBI investigated the case
