What is the whole matter?

This case is of the year 2018. A person named Surendra Sharma filed a case against Robert Vadra on September 1, 2018. Under this, Robert Vadra’s company purchased 3.5 acres of land in Shikohpur area of Gurgaon for Rs 7.5 crore in February 2008 from a company named Omkareshwar Properties. After some time, Vadra’s company sold that land to DLF Real Estate Company for Rs 58 crore. The ED suspects that this deal has been done to make black money white.
