Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, the Anti -Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested two people involved in anti -India activities. Both the accused used to share information related to sensitive national security with Pakistan. The ATS arrested Mohammad Aaron (45), a scrap dealer from Celampur, Delhi, from Noida on Thursday. Aaron was illegally acquiring Pakistani visas with Muzammal Hussain, an employee of Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. At the same time, sensitive information, considered harmful to the national interest of India, was also broadcasting.
Aaron used to illegally arrange Pakistani visa
Aaron was in regular contact with Muzammal Hussain. The investigation to the ATS revealed that Aaron’s family relations in Pakistan played an important role in the matter. Investigation revealed that Aaron, along with Hussain, collected money from several persons to arrange a Pakistani visa. These money was deposited in various bank accounts. In return, Aaron received commission. Aaron delivered cash to the persons or places mentioned by Hussain. Despite knowing Hussain’s diplomatic status and Pakistani nationality, Aaron continued to share important information related to India’s internal security.
Order to expel Pak High Commission employee from the country
The ATS revealed that Hussain used information in his efforts to destabilize India. After the revelations, the Government of India declared Hussain unwanted and ordered to be expelled from the country. The second detective Tufail was arrested by the ATS from Varanasi. He used to share sensitive information of India to Pakistan by joining anti-national WhatsApp groups. The ATS found in the investigation that Tufail was in touch with several Pakistani persons and was actively sharing videos of Maulana Shad Rizvi, leader of the banned Pakistani terrorist group Tehreek-e-Labback.

The ATS said that Tufail also broadcast the material promoting ‘Gajwa-e-Hind’. At the same time, he called upon to avenge the Babri Masjid incident and advocated the implementation of Sharia law in India. The ATS said that Tufail used to send photos and information of Rajghat, Namoghat, Gyanvapi Mosque, Varanasi railway station in Varanasi. Separate FIRs have been registered against both the accused at ATS police station in Lucknow.
