UAE has become the first country in the world to provide premium service like Chatgpt Plus to the whole country for free. The price of this subscription is around Rs 1700 ($ 20) per month, but now the citizens of UAE will get this service absolutely free. Under this subscription, users will get the benefit of GPT-4, fast response and exclusive AI features.
Open AI and UAE government’s big partnership
The historic deal between OpenAI and UAE government is behind this move. The partnership also includes the construction of a huge AI data center “Stargate UAE” in Abu Dhabi, which is part of the OpenAI for Country Program. Under this project, people will be encouraged towards AI related facilities like better education, health and clean energy.
How will AI’s infrastructure be
OpenAI and its partners together are preparing a 1 gigawatt AI computing cluster, of which 200 MW will be ready by next year. This cluster will be one of the world’s most advanced AI infrastructure.

CEO Sam Altman of OpenAI described this deal as “a bold vision” and said that its aim is to bring the benefits of AI to the common people, whether it is healthcare, modern education or clean energy towards environment.
