Hotel was evacuated on receiving information
Regarding the incident, an official said that on Saturday, two high-end hotels were threatened with bombs through email and after that it was immediately evacuated. However, the threat of a bomb in the Holiday in hotel later turned out to be false, while the security system is under investigation at the Raflles Hotel. Let me tell you that when the threat was received, at that time the Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham, Skills, Employment and Entrepreneurship was present in the hotel and Minister of State for Cooperation Gautam Dak Holiday in the hotel.
ATS team conducted a thorough investigation
At the same time, police officials said that Bendham was told about the threat and he was immediately instructed to vacate the hotel. He further said that the three ministers were brought out of the hotel with security. Along with this, in view of the seriousness of the case, Additional DCP (South) Lalit Sharma said that the hotel was investigated with seriousness by the bomb and dog squad. Shortly thereafter, the Raflles Hotel on Delhi Road has also received such a threat. The anti -terrorism squad (ATS) and the teams of bomb disposal squad reached the spot where they did not find anything.
Search for each room
The hotel staff said that after receiving the threat, guests and employees were alerted with immediate effect. There are more than 200 rooms in this hotel and when the police got information, one room was searched by the bomb disposal squad.
