In Borivali area of Mumbai, a man has been arrested for obscene acts with a pet hen. The complainant recorded the case in the phone.
Crime News: A case has come up from Borivali area of Mumbai, whoever heard, did not believe his ears. Yes, you heard absolutely right. According to the news agency PTI, the Mumbai Police arrested a 45 -year -old man in Borivali area for committing obscene acts with a pet hen. In connection with the case, police officials said that the arrested person had sexually harassed his neighbor’s minor son by showing pornographic material. The incident is done on Tuesday night and a person living in front of the accused’s house has filed a complaint.
Recording on mobile phone
According to the complaint, there are dozens of domesticated chickens at the house of accused Rajendra Rahete, who is unmarried. At around 10:30 on the night of 22 July, the complainant saw him doing indecent acts with a chicken in his room. An official said that the complainant started recording its mobile phone. The official said that the 10-year-old son of the complainant later said that the accused had shown pornographic material on his mobile phone several times since 2021 and warned him not to tell his parents about it. It was informed that on the basis of the complaint, the police called Rajendra Rahete for questioning and later arrested him.
Case filed
Action was taken against him under the Code of Justice of India (BNS) and the Protection of Children (Poxo) Act on the charge of sexual harassment of the boy. The official further said, “Any aspect of animal cruelty is also being investigated against the accused and the unnatural act with any animal leads to cruelty, which is also a violation of the Animal Cruelty Prevention Act.” This case is also going viral on social media and users are continuously giving reaction. Many users have demanded through the post that this person should be punished the harshest. Many users are also saying that the accused should not be spared under any circumstances.
