New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leading initiative, “Discussion on Examination on Examination” (PPC), which is being successfully conducted by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with MyGov, has been awarded the Guinness World Record for “Registration of most people on the Civil Affairs Forum in a month”. This recognition is an unprecedented achievement of 3.53 crore valid registrations obtained during the 8th edition of the program organized on the MyGov platform. “Discussion on Examination” is a unique global platform envisaged and operated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where he communicates directly with students, teachers and parents. This initiative converts the exam season into a celebration of positivity, preparation and purposeful learning, which makes the exams a time of incentive rather than stress. The official Guinness World Record Certificate was formally awarded at a ceremony held in New Delhi.
More than 21 crore viewers saw
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in this program; Union Electronics and Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav; Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Jitin Prasad; Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy; Mr. Nand Kumaram, CEO of MyGov; And along with senior officials of the Ministries of Education and Electronics and Information Technology, other major stakeholders were also present. Rishi Nath, the official judge of the Guinness World Records, confirmed and announced this record. Speaking on the occasion, Dharmendra Pradhan said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the discussion on the exam has been renamed as a national approach to the examinations by changing the tension. Mr. Pradhan informed that in 2025, the 8th edition of PPC was seen by more than 21 million spectators on all media platforms.
Vaishnav told Modi’s unique initiative
He said that in the PPC 2025, heavy participation is seen as a reflection of the country’s collective commitment to overall and inclusive education and the approach of the developed India. Addressing the occasion, Ashwini Vaishnav described “the discussion on the exam” as a unique initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which brings students, parents and teachers together and promotes their welfare and stress-free education. He highlighted the widespread career opportunities available to the students during this Amrit period and said that the Guinness World Record of Most Registration reflects public confidence in this initiative. Jitin Prasad also appreciated MyGov for efforts to make the government more participated.

Said that it encourages developing important cognitive skills based on experienced education, moving away from the habit of rote. Through personal interactions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi resolves major challenges like time management, digital distraction, consciousness and emotional flexibility and provides practical guidance and inspiration to students, parents and teachers.
