Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Yojana: PM Modi has announced to launch a PM developed India Employment Scheme from the Red Fort on the special occasion of August 15.

Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Yojana: Principal Minister Narendra Modi has given a big gift to the youth of India on the special occasion of Independence Day today. He has announced to start the PM developed India Employment Scheme from today from the ramparts of the Red Fort. Under this, 15000 rupees will be given by the government to the children who get the first job in the private sector. Companies which will try to provide more employment, will also be given incentives. Under the PM Developed India Employment Scheme, about 3 crore youth will get new employment opportunities.

What is this plan?

Let us tell you here that the Prime Minister Development India Employment Scheme is the latest employment-related incentive scheme launched by the Government of India. If you are an employer and want to increase the number of your employees or are working for the first time, then this plan can directly benefit you. This scheme has been implemented from today. This objective is to help the youth to get the first job.

Who will benefit from this?

Significantly, the youth who are working for the first time will be given a bonus amount of up to Rs 15,000 from the government. Along with this, the company i.e. employer will also get some benefits, if they have shared the information of the employees in the right way with the government.

How does this plan work?

Let us know that this scheme is divided into two parts, the first part has been given to the employee, the second part has been kept for the company. The company has to fill ECR i.e. Electronic Challan Cum Return every month. It is used to send the correct information of those employees to the government. Suppose if the information is wrong, neither the employee will get a bonus, nor the company.

How to apply for the plan?

Employer cannot apply directly for this scheme. For this, the company that the youth who has been working for the first time will send information about this scheme to the government. For this, your EPFO/UAN number and Aadhaar should have a link bank account. In this form, fill the correct information about your salary and joining details in the ECR form of the company EPFO. After this, the government verifies that data and sends money. If the government sees any disturbance in the data, then neither the employee nor the company will get the benefit of the scheme.
