Government Policies: The government will soon take several steps to promote exports. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said these things on Friday. He assured the exporters that the business world would be provided with all possible assistance in dealing with existing global uncertainties and high fees. Goyal said that the government is working on making such policies, so that Indian industry and exporters can get competitive benefits. He also added that exports have a major contributor to India’s economy and it is the government’s priority to strengthen it. He also urged the industry to highlight those areas that may be affected by these charges and which need alternative markets. In the Ministry of Commerce, we are reaching other parts of the world through our missions, so that we can seek other opportunities that we can get. We are also considering promoting domestic consumption. He said that you will soon see its effect in the GST Council meeting to be held next week.

India ready for good trade agreement all the time
