HBA Foundation: When the Hemant Bala Advaita (HBA) Foundation stepped into an unknown area, he did not imagine that his efforts would get such a big support from the people. The founders decided to create awareness about the bus to pick up the stick and prevention from drowning. There have been many deaths due to drowning in India, but very few people have motivated to make prevention of drowning a national issue. On 23 June 2024, the journalist parents of Advaita Verma, who were drowning in Pavana Lake (Pune), decided to change it to keep their son’s memories alive and save the lives of others. The United Nations Day could not be a better day than 25 July 2025 to prevent drowning. When the Advaita Foundation was launched on this day. 12 singers performed in the program on 6 September. Got huge support from family and friends. Eminent music director Gunjan Jha prepared and operated the program.
Life is precious, do not ignore security measures

Major General KK Sinha, an ex -soldier of the army, gave a very inspiring speech and told the parents to tell their children what they have to do and what not.
Administration will have to be accountable
Sudesh Verma, the architect of the program and father of Advaita, told the audience that we have to make the administration accountable. When the government is advertising tourist destinations and is also earning revenue, it should also take such measures that will keep the water site safe. He urged the children that they should ask what are the safety measures while entering any water body. Sudesh said that the administration has become more cautious due to the case of negligence by the parents on the drowning of Advaita. After Advaita’s death, not a single case of drowning in Pawna lake came to light in the last one year, which used to kill people. He said that HBA will take various measures to spread awareness about prevention of drowning. This is the purpose of our life to pay tribute to his son. HBA convenor Santosh Verma announced that we will organize the show even bigger at all India level from next year.
About advaita
Advaita Verma received his schooling from DPS Noida and Modern School, Barakhambha Road. He always had a high goal and wanted to do something big like any teenager of his age. When he started playing cricket, he performed very well and traveled to Yorkshire (UK), Sharjah and other places to enhance his skills under the guidance of his cricket coach Sanjay Sir. After being busy in activities other than cricket for almost two years, his interest was over and he turned to music. Recently, Pavana, a tourist destination, went to the lake, a famous tourist destination for a picnic. He never returned to fulfill his dreams.
