Regarding this, BCCI has also posted a video giving a bronze test of players.

Before the match against Pakistan, BCCI has posted a video of the players of the Indian team giving a bronze test. In this, strength and conditioning coaches have also explained about it, in which he said that any player has to run a total of 1200 meters, which is divided into three parts.

It has different distances in which the first set is 20 meters, which has to come back again after completing it. Since then there is a set of 40 meters and finally 60 meters. This entire test is repeated up to 5 times. With this, the player’s stamina is gauged, so that she can play on the field for a long time.
Test can be done anywhere
Team India’s strength and conditioning coach Adrian Le Rocks further said that this is a field test that we can do on any ground in the world. This test helps every player to assess themselves from time to time. The video released by BCCI has been released in which Hardik Pandya, Jaspreet Bumrah, besides Jasprit Bumrah, many other players of Team India are also seen giving Bronco Tests.
