After this, in 1985, the Supreme Court ruled in their favor, but after heavy opposition from the Muslim organization, the Rajiv Gandhi government enacted the Muslim Women’s Act in 1986, which quashed the Supreme Court verdict.

Muslim women insulted

Mohan Yadav said that the Congress and Rajiv Gandhi are fighting for their valid rights, they have committed the sin of committing injustice to Muslim women. He also said that after the decision of the apex court, a grand temple of Lord Rama was built peacefully in Ayodhya and also hoped to resolve the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute in Mathura. He said that surely Lord Krishna will also smile after all the legal approvals in this matter and happiness will be in Mathura. At the same time, he also praised Prime Minister Modi for legal reforms and said that he also ensures justice of law.

Implemented three new criminal laws

The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is moving at the fastest pace towards implementing three new criminal laws. The Chief Minister talked about the regulation of loudspeakers at religious places and measures of the state government to ban the open sale of meat. He further said that according to the rule, more than 60 thousand loudspeakers have been removed in the state.
