Chief Electoral Officers have been instructed to published the voter lists of their states after the previous SIR. The Chief Electoral Officers of some states have already put the voter list published after their previous SIR on their websites. The Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi has a 2008 voter list on the website, when 60 percent of the 4.96 crore voters listed in the final intensive revision in the national capital will have to give their birth date.
60 percent will have to give birth certificate
According to the instructions issued by the Election Authority to the Bihar election mechanism, 6.96 crore voters listed in the year 2003 will have to give 60 per cent of the total voters of the total voters or the documents of the birthplace. An additional manifesto will have to be given for a category of applicants who become electors or come out of the state. He has to give an affidavit that he was born in India before 1 July 1987. Such people will also have to present documents about the date of birth of their parents.
