FENESTA Open: Youth tennis players of Uttar Pradesh will also enter Delhi’s DLTA Complex to show their talent in the Fensta Open National Tennis Championship this year.

Fenesta Open: Young tennis players of Uttar Pradesh will also enter the DLTA complex in Delhi to show their talent in the Fanesta Open National Tennis Championship. The 30th edition starting from 29 September is being organized under the aegis of All India Tennis Association (AITA) and Delhi Lawn Tennis Association (DLTA) in collaboration with DCM Shriram Limited. The country’s largest domestic tennis competition will feature men, women, under-18, under-16 and under-14 (boys and girls).

National players will get a challenge

In previous years, young players of Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi and Prayagraj have illuminated the name of the state at the national level. This time too, many junior players of UP will enter the main matches and challenge the national players. DCM Shriram Limited Chairman Ajay S. Shriram and Vice Chairman Vikram Shriram said that “Fanesta Open is the most trusted platform of Indian tennis. Our efforts have always been to give opportunities to young players and bring them from national to international level. We wish all the participants including UP and hope that this championship will be important in their sports life.

The main timetable of the tournament

  • September 27: Male, female and under-18 class qualifying rounds
  • September 29-October 4: Men, women and under-18 (singles and doubles) main matches
  • 5-11 October: Under-16 and Under-14 matches

It is known that for 30 years DCM Shriram Limited has been continuously investing in Indian tennis. This forum has given thousands of young players from all over the country including UP to show their talent at the national level and gain confidence. This time the 30th edition will bring an opportunity for exciting matches for the sports lovers of the state.
