Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said these things at the scholarship distribution ceremony held in IGP on Friday. During this, CM Yogi distributed scholarship to many students.

Scholarship did not reach the account before 2017

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that scholarships were distributed before the year 2017, but did not reach the student’s account. There was arbitrary in this. At the same time, the scholarship that students should have received in September-October, that scholarship reached March-April. There was also discrimination in this. When our government came in the year 2017, we gave scholarships for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18 to one child of the state. He said that scholarships are being provided by the Social Welfare Department to 4 lakh students of scheduled castes, tribes and general caste of 9 to 12th. In this, 1 lakh 12 thousand students are receiving scholarship in the first phase. More than 2.5 lakh students of Backward Classes Welfare Department and 25,000 students of Minority Welfare Department are getting the benefit of facility.

Divisional forces made the country a slave

CM said that Rs 9,150 crore has been distributed to 1 crore 23 lakh students of Scheduled Castes and Tribes from the year 2017-18 to financial year 2024-25. This money was sent to his account through DBT. In the year 2017-18 to 2024-25, 5,945 crore rupees were sent to 58 lakh 90 thousand students of general category in their account. CM Yogi told the students that the leadership of the generation coming in your hands is going to come, be mentally prepared for it from now. We have to think about how India we want. Remember, the divisive forces made the country a slave. At the same time, a campaign is being launched for new India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At the same time, some people are working to divide the society by becoming a hindrance again for self -reliant and developed India. We should make efforts that we do not have to divide, we have to unite and reach every student for better education. Every student and deprived is to be associated with schooling. Efforts have to be made to upgrade his education.

Arrangement of ‘One Nation One Scholarship’ implemented

CM said that every student can get school education under RTE, it has been made mandatory. At the same time, many schemes have been prepared and National Education Policy has been prepared for every student graduate to get education free. Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has implemented the system of ‘One Nation One Scholarship’ for every student can get scholarship. Keeping this in mind, a scholarship of 2,825 crore has been distributed to the disadvantaged class in the year 2025-26 alone. From 2017 to 2025, more than 2 crore students have received the benefit of scholarship. In the schools of Basic Education Council, two uniforms, shoes, stockings, free sweaters are also being arranged for 1 crore 60 lakh children so that those children can be educated.

Anganwadi centers are being strengthened

CM Yogi said that Anganwadi centers are being strengthened. Currently, schools of ashram system are being built, where children of Scheduled Castes and Tribes are being given good education. Atal residential schools are being built, where children of registered workers and children of the registered family in the BOC board are being provided with good education of classes from sixth to 12th class. They are being carried forward on the lines of Sainik School. On this occasion, Minister Narendra Kashyap, Aseem Arun, Minister of State Danish Azad Ansari, Sanjeev Gaur, Scheduled Caste-Tribe Commission Chairman Baijnath Rawat, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, Rajya Sabha MP Brijlal, Legislative Council member Mukesh Sharma, Ramchandra Pradhan, Lalji Prasad Nirmal, In. Avnish Kumar Singh and Legislative Assembly member Jaya Devi etc. were present.
