High Khalsa: The Punjab Police has got great success. Parminder Singh alias Pindi, a terrorist associated with Babbar Khalsa International, has been brought to India from the United Arab Emirates. Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav said that Parminder Singh alias Pindi, a terrorist associated with Babbar Khalsa International, has been extradited from the United Arab Emirates. Pindi is a close aide of notorious terrorists Rinda and Happy Pasia. He was brought to India from Abu Dhabi with the help of central agencies and CBI. Pindi is accused of involvement in many heinous crimes like petrol bomb attacks, violent incidents and forced recovery in Batala in Gurdaspur. His arrest is being considered a major success against terrorism. The DGP said that Pindi, a resident of Harsha of Batala, is not just a criminal, but is a major operator of a dangerous terrorist-criminal syndicate.
Terrorist network used to run on social media
DGP Yadav said that Pindi was using various social media platforms to coordinate crimes and fund its actions. After the Batala police requested the red corner notice, a four -member team led by a senior police officer traveled to the UAE on 24 September. The team coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and UAE officials. Complete all legal formalities and brought the accused back to face justice. The DGP said that this successful extradition underlines the Punjab Police’s policy of zero-oppression as well as its advanced investigative capabilities and global access to terrorism and organized crime.

Said that we are grateful to the Ministry of External Affairs, United Arab Emirates Government, CBI and other central agencies for their invaluable cooperation in this joint effort to maintain justice and strengthen national security. Sharing more information, Batala Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Suhail Qasim Mir said that the CBI issued a red corner notice (RCN) against him through Interpol in view of the seriousness of the crimes committed by Pindi and his direct relations with Pakistan -based terrorists Harvinder Rinda and Happy Pasia. He said that this global alert was important in finding his activities and final place in Abu Dhabi.
