Fierce accident in Unnao: Car collided with a divider hitting the employees on the expressway, four killed, two serious

UP Accident: A fierce accident occurred on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Unnao on Saturday. Four employees died due to a collision of a car. After the accident, the family created a ruckus. The accident took place on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway near Shadipur village, where the construction work of the interchange is going on to connect the Ganga Expressway. Police said that four employees of the Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) were killed and two were seriously injured when a high speed car was hit on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Unnao on Saturday. It is said that the car was going towards Lucknow, when the car hit the UPEIDA personnel posted on patrol and then hit a divider and overturned the other side. The collision was so strong that four employees died on the spot.

Car seized, driver absconding

The deceased have been identified as Lavkush (40) resident of Jhabbakheda, Ramkishore (38), Rajkheda resident Munesh (45) and Saravan (35) resident of Akbarkheda. Rajkheda resident Rakesh (40) and Krishnapal (55) were seriously injured in the accident and were taken to the Community Health Center (CHC), from where they were later sent to the district hospital. Police and UPEIDA officials reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported. Jurisdictional Santosh Singh said that the bodies have been sent for post -mortem. Police said that after the accident, the driver left the vehicle and escaped from the spot. The car has been confiscated and the search for the driver is on. Officers are currently investigating the CCTV footage on the expressway so that it can be detected. On the other hand, five people died and one person was injured in a road accident on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway on Saturday morning.

Five killed due to Thar overturning in Gurugram

Police said that the dead and injured have not been identified yet. According to the police, the accident took place on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway exit number nine when the driver riding in Thar lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle collided directly with the divider. Police said five people, including three women and two men, died on the spot, while one person was seriously injured. He has been admitted to a private hospital. According to the police, all six passengers came to Gurugram from Uttar Pradesh for some work. On receiving the information, a team from Sector 40 police station reached the spot and rushed all six people to the hospital, where doctors declared five dead, while one is hospitalized. Gurugram police spokesperson said that the dead and injured have not been identified yet. Uttar Pradesh has a registration number on Thar. We are investigating the case.
