Grand alliance entangled in its own contradictions: BJP

Bihar Election 2025: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that despite BJP getting full majority in the Lok Sabha in the 2014 and 2019 elections, Prime Minister Modi had formed the government with his alliance partners.

Bihar Election 2025 : Before the upcoming Bihar elections, all the political parties have revealed all their cards and are busy campaigning vigorously. Political parties are also campaigning by calling star campaigners from other states. In this series, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also fielded its senior leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. A senior BJP leader said on Sunday that the opposition alliance in Bihar will collapse under the weight of its own contradictions and complications. Naqvi further said that alliances succeed not because of feudal whims but because of political understanding. While talking to the media, he said that the frustrated community which criticizes Prime Minister Narendra Modi day and night, should learn the principle of coalition politics from him.

After getting majority, Congress scattered its allies.

Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that despite BJP getting absolute majority in the Lok Sabha in the elections of 2014 and 2019, Prime Minister Modi had formed the government with his alliance partners. Also, this government is successfully walking on the path of good governance. The former Union Minister claimed that if the Congress had got an absolute majority, it would have thrown out its allies as if they were of no importance, because it was not in its tradition to take along its alliance parties after getting an absolute majority. Using some idioms, he said that the opposition alliance is like ‘Mungerilal’s beautiful dreams’ and a ‘pomegranate hundred sick’. Referring to the grand alliance led by Tejashwi Yadav, Naqvi said that the opposition alliance will collapse under the weight of its own contradictions and complications.

Congress is now shrinking: BJP

He said that Congress was once a national party, but now it has shrunk and has become a kind of worthless asset which has no value in the market. Naqvi further said that this old party suffering from Modi phobia has now been reduced to frustrated people living only on a family photo frame. At the same time, the selfish satraps of pseudo-secularism have always conspired to make BJP politically untouchable among Indian Muslims, resulting in political marginalization of the community. He said that despite Muslims showing stinginess in voting, the BJP’s central and state governments have never discriminated in any welfare scheme. Apart from this, he said that one more thing is going to be added to the victory of Congress in Bihar. Besides, the disappointed feudal community of Congress and Samajwadi Party will also be out of the political arena of Uttar Pradesh.
