On PM Modi’s birthday, Dharmendra Paaji had told about the meeting between him and the PM. Dharmendra had told that he had breakfast with the PM, at that time the PM had taken full care of his choice. He said in the video, ‘I remember once you called me for breakfast. There was dhokla and many Gujarati dishes for breakfast and there was also a paratha along with it. Dharmendra further said, ‘You asked me- You didn’t ask why this paratha is kept here? I said – Yes, I don’t understand, but it feels good. Mouth is watering. You said that when I was in Punjab, you people used to eat parathas in the morning, afternoon and evening, so I got used to it. I thought that we should feed parathas to Dharmendra. Even after seeing you from a distance, I felt a different energy.
Dharmendra was more than a cinematic icon; he was warmth, simplicity, and genuine affection wrapped in grace. Those who met him remember not the star, but the human being who valued relationships, emotions, and sincerity.

Dharmendra further praised PM Modi and said, ‘When I read or hear that our country is at number three, number four, I feel very happy. You will take our country to number one very soon. Expressing grief over Dharmendra’s demise, PM Modi wrote, “Dharmendra ji’s demise marks the end of an era in Indian cinema. Dharmendra ji was equally known for his simplicity, humility and love. In this hour of grief, my “Prayers are with his family, friends and countless fans.”
