Kerala News: Priyanka Gandhi has requested to allot more roads from the Government of Kerala for Wayanad. He said that this is a densely populated area of the tribal community, so there is more need for connectivity there.

The Congress MP has requested the Kerala government to allocate more for the construction of rural roads in this hill district. The Congress said in a statement that Priyanka, MP from Wayanad, has requested to allocate an additional kilometers from Kerala State Rural Road Development in view of those guidelines, stating that blocks and areas with high tribal density should be given priority. The statement further stated that the other reasons given by him also included that Wayanad is a aspirational district.
20 km of road insufficient
Priyanka said that the tribal population in Wayanad is good, due to which there is a need to pay more attention there. Apart from this, in view of the conditions of this district, work should be done in health and education and it will prove incomplete without connectivity. Priyanka claimed that out of 500 km of rural roads to be built in Kerala, 20 km has been allotted in Wayanad district and it is completely insufficient. He gave the state government to the National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency in Wayanad district (Red) By requested to expedite the process of preparing DPR for roads approved.
Rahul always respects the army
