Amanatullah Khan gets relief, court stayed arrest; Police stations reached for inquiry

AMANATULLAH KHAN: The court has given great relief to Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan from Okhla assembly seat. His arrest has been banned till 24 February. The Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has given this decision while hearing the bail plea of Amanatullah Khan. At the same time, the court has ordered him that he should join the police investigation from this evening itself. Meanwhile, the statement of Amanatullah Khan has also come out. He said in his statement that how can I arrest me? I will join the investigation of Delhi Police today. I am present at home. I did not disappear anywhere. What did the police come home? I have received a notice to join the investigation.

Please tell here that Amanatullah Khan is accused of leadership of a mob attacking the police team in Jamia Nagar on February 10. At the same time, after the complaint was filed in this case, the police was constantly looking for Amanatullah Khan. At the same time, Amanatullah pleaded in the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi, requesting anticipatory bail. Amanatullah Khan filed a petition before Special Judge Jitendra Singh and requested to provide protection from arrest before joining the investigation. He claimed that all the allegations against him are false. On the previous day, Delhi Police said in its statement that Amanatullah Khan is not being contacted. He is not cooperating even in the investigation.
