Azam Khan Gets Bail From Allahabad High Court : The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan in the quality bar land case. He had filed a bail plea, after which the court has given this decision. The decision in this case was reserved on 21 August. Now it is believed that the way has been cleared for his coming out of jail.

FIR has been lodged against many people including Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan in the quality bar land case at the Civil Lines police station in Rampur. Regarding this, Khan had pleaded for bail from the High Court, which has been approved. The Allahabad High Court reserved the verdict on 21 August after hearing the matter. Now the single bench of Justice Sameer Jain has ruled about this.

Here, let us know that Azam Khan has been acquitted by a special MP-MLA court in the case of about 17 years old related to road jam and damage to public property. Khan’s defense lawyer Shahnawaz Sibtain Naqvi said that we produced 7 witnesses in favor of Azam Khan, while prosecutor Mohan Lal Vishnoi presented only one witness.
What was the whole matter?
Let me tell you that this case is of the year 2008, when Khan allegedly created a ruckus near the Chhajlet police station after the police removed the hooter from his car. During this time, he along with his supporters blocked the road due to which the traffic was jammed. At this time the protest became violent and some electric poles were damaged, after which a case was registered against them. Later, the police filed a charge sheet and the matter went for hearing.
