Jaipur Road Accident: Four people died and 27 others were injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on the National Highway in Sikar district of Rajasthan.

Jaipur Road Accident: A horrific road accident occurred on Tuesday night on Jaipur-Bikaner National Highway in Sikar district of Rajasthan. Four people died and 27 others were injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck. The condition of 7 people is said to be critical. The sleeper bus was going from Bikaner to Jaipur when both of them collided with each other. The collision was so severe that the front part of the bus and the truck were badly damaged.
Travelers were going to visit Khatu Shyam
Police said that four people died in the accident and 15 injured were admitted to Sikar District Hospital, while 12 are being given first aid in Fatehgarh. Police said that a seriously injured person, who was referred from Sikar District Hospital to SMS Hospital in Jaipur, died during treatment.
Police said that after visiting Vaishno Devi, the group of travelers were going to visit Khatu Shyam in Sikar when the accident happened. All the passengers are residents of Gujarat. According to initial information, the sleeper bus was going from Bikaner towards Jaipur and the truck was coming from Jaipur towards Bikaner. Both of them collided head-on on the highway.
7 are in critical condition
The truck was going from Jhunjhunu towards Bikaner, when there was a massive collision between the bus and the truck. There was chaos at the spot. Local people informed the police. Police evacuated the injured passengers. Three people, including the driver, died on the spot, while one died in the hospital. Doctors at Sikar Hospital said that the condition of 7 people is critical and they have suffered internal injuries. Other injured passengers are undergoing treatment. Police have registered the case and are investigating the accident.
