Hong Kong
Health officials of Hong Kong have confirmed that the new wave of Kovid-19 continues in the country. In March, breath -related positive samples were 1.7%, which has now increased to 11.4%. It was told that these cases are much higher than the peak time of August 2024. There was a stir in Hong Kong due to 81 serious cases of which 30 died. Health officials had said that some of the people who lost their lives were already elderly suffering from health diseases.
Singapore
The situation in Singapore seems to be even worse, where in the beginning of May, there has been a 28% increase in Kovid cases. Alam is that 14,200 people are suffering from infection and the number of patients admitted in hospitals has seen a rise of about 30 percent. While the number of patients admitted in hospitals is increasing, the number of patients admitted in ICU has come down from three to two.
China
The increasing cases of Kovid in China have once again become a cause of concern, which is close to the situation during the last year’s summer wave. According to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention of China, the number of positive samples is doubling with every passing day.
Thailand
The Songkran Festival was celebrated in the month of April in Thailand and since then, Kovid’s cases have not been named. Health officers are constantly monitoring the serious situation and are appealing to the people to take full care.
