CRPF jawan dismissed to marry a Pakistani woman

J&K: After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Government of India ordered the Pakistani citizens living in India to leave the country. After which Minal filed an application in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

J&K: A major action has been taken against the CRPF jawan, who marries a Pakistani woman. Munir Ahmed hid the wedding from the Indian Army. Due to which they have been dismissed. A CRPF official has described this relationship of Munir Ahmed as a threat to the security of the country. Both of them married this year. Minal Khan is a resident of Pakistan. Since March 22, I was living in India with Minal Munir.

An application was filed in Jammu and Kashmir High Court

It is worth noting that after the Pahalgam terror attack, the Government of India ordered the Pakistani citizens living in India to leave the country. After which Minal filed an application in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. The court has allowed Minal to remain in India for a few days. Now a hearing will be held on 14 May in this case. However, it is not that Minal came to India like this, but Munir had sought permission from CRPF to marry Minal. But before it was permission, both of them married in a hurry. This Nikah was done through video conferencing

National security threat

According to officials, if there was no permission of CRPF, then it may be a threat to national security to marry a Pakistani woman while in the Indian Army. After marriage, both were in a hurry to meet, due to which the Eligel routes were also adopted, such as Minal was called to India by tourist visa and then Munir started living with him. But even after the cancellation of the visa on March 22, Minal was living illegally in India. Talking about Munir, he is a resident of Haldwal in Jammu. Munir was admitted to CRPF in 2017.
