As the first installment, the Yogi government has approved the proposal to spend 400 crores. As soon as the money is received, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will start work on this township scheme soon.

Yogi government approves first installment

It may be known that under the new city incentive scheme, the government is going to settle 100 new tupping in the state. For this, development authorities are being given money in this scheme. In this sequence, the Ghaziabad Development Authority sent a proposal to the Housing and Urban Planning Department. The Yogi government has made a provision of three thousand crore rupees in the financial year 2024-25 under the overall and proper development item of new cities. 1366.21 crore has been sanctioned as capital seed under the Harnandipuram scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority. Of this, the first installment has also been approved by the cabinet.

Irrigation department land will be given free for Kanpur Metro Rail

On the other hand, the state government has decided to give free land of Irrigation Department for Kanpur Metro Rail Project. The corridor of the Kanpur Metro Rail Project will be provided from IIT to Naubasta, Vanchakki intersection, 12371 square meters of irrigation department for parking in Phulbagh, 1792.54 square meters for NSILI Building in Narora Square Phulbagh. The cabinet has approved a proposal of Rs 1510.57 crore for night safari and zoo in Kukrail forest area of ​​Lucknow. It also includes the expenditure of third party audit. Apart from this, a proposal brought in compliance with the order of the High Court regarding a madrasa in Jaunpur has also been approved.
