Bihar Election 2025: After the press conference of the Election Commission on SIR, Akhilesh Yadav’s statement has also come out, in which he said that there is a historical responsibility to protect democracy on the Election Commission.

Bihar Election 2025 : The issue of SIR in Bihar does not seem to stop. Till now, the opposition was targeting the Election Commission and the ruling BJP, but this time the Election Commission has responded by holding a press conference. He said that according to the law, every political party is born from registration in the Election Commission, in such a situation, how can the Election Commission make differences in political parties. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav (Akhilesh Yadav) On Sunday, he said that the Election Commission has a historical responsibility to protect democracy and if it takes the right path, then crores of people will be supported in the country.

EC should take the right and bold steps

Akhilesh Yadav said that a correct and bold step of the Election Commission can secure the future and welfare of countless generations of the country. He said in a statement that the Election Commission needs not only reforms but also a radical change. The historical responsibility of protecting democracy on the Commission is above its shoulders. We understand that he is facing many improper pressures, but now he should not think that he is standing alone. When someone walks on the path of truth, then people and their faith run together. At the same time, if a correct decision of the Election Commission takes a correct decision, crores of Indians will stand behind it as its shield. At the same time, the future and welfare of many generations can also be ensured, which is why everyone must listen to the voice of their conscience.

More than 18 thousand affidavits submitted

The SP chief said that more than 18 thousand affidavits related to vote theft have been submitted, but the Election Commission has not taken any action yet. Akhilesh alleged that this list is getting very long, as well as no response to the affidavits submitted by our side. Let me tell you that earlier the Election Commission had also held a press conference in which Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar said that almost all political parties have been demanding reforms in the voter list for the last two decades and for this the Election Commission started a special intensive revision (SIR) from Bihar. He further said that in the process of SIR, all voters booth level officers and 1.6 lakh BLA nominated by all political parties have prepared a list. It is also a matter of serious concern that the district presidents of political parties and the verified documents and Testamenials nominated by them are not reaching their own state or national level leaders.
