Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday targeted his staunch rival and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad indirectly. He was accused of doing dynastic politics and only cares about his family. Without naming Prasad, Nitish Kumar made this comment during the launch of Bihar Chief Minister Mahila Employment Scheme by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Kumar said that the NDA government of the state is making tireless efforts for the overall development of the state and empowerment of women. Before 2005, the previous government did nothing for the women of the state. Everyone knows that when Lalu Prasad was removed, he made his wife Rabri Devi the Chief Minister.

He further said that the rule of law is maintained in the state. This is the top priority of the government. The Chief Minister said that we have paid special attention to women empowerment. The Prime Minister launched the Bihar Mukhyamantri Mahila Employment Scheme from Delhi virtual medium and transferred Rs 10 thousand to the bank accounts of 75 lakh women. This scheme of Rs 7,500 crore is an initiative of the NDA government of Bihar, which aims to promote women empowerment through self -employment and livelihood opportunities.

He said that the state will move forward on the path of development for the next five years. Union Food Processing Minister Paswan, on the second day of the World Food India 2025 Summit, was speaking on the sidelines of the knowledge session organized on the topic ‘Opportunity in Food Processing in Bihar’.

He told reporters here that I am confident that NDA will come to power again in Bihar. We are contesting the assembly elections under the leadership of Nitish Kumar in Bihar. Under his leadership, the state will move forward on the path of development for the next five years. BJP, JD (U) and LJP (Ram Vilas) are part of the NDA. Paswan said that the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to the development of Bihar. He highlighted that due to the double engine government of the Center and the state, a lot of development works have been done in Bihar. Paswan said that there are golden opportunities for investors in Bihar in various fields including food processing.
