FIR on Anant Singh: Now only a few days are left for Bihar Assembly elections, before that the troubles of JDU candidate and muscleman Anant Singh from Mokama have increased. A case of murder has been registered against Anant Singh. On Thursday, Dularchand Yadav, a supporter of Jansuraj’s candidate Piyush Priyadarshi from Mokama, was murdered. An FIR has been registered against 5 people including Anant Singh, his two nephews Ranveer and Karmaveer on charges of murder. It has been alleged in the FIR that Anant Singh’s supporters opened fire and then ran over the car and killed Dularchand Yadav.

Let us tell you that this incident happened in Tartar village. Initial investigation revealed that there was a clash between two groups. Bullets were fired between supporters of Anant Singh and Piyush Priyadarshi. When the police reached the spot, two-three vehicles were found whose windows were broken. Police found the body of Dularchand Yadav in a vehicle. It was said in the complaint that Anant Singh’s supporters ran a vehicle over Dularchand Yadav after the firing. On the other hand, Anant Singh says that this is a conspiracy by Surajbhan Singh, husband of RJD candidate Veeni Devi. All this is being done to trap him before the elections.
Allegation of Dularchand’s death
Neeraj Kumar, grandson of deceased Dularchand Yadav, said that in the afternoon, like every day, we reached Basamanchak village for the campaign of Jansuraj candidate Piyush Priyadarshi. At the same time, Anant Singh’s associates came on the way and started abusing my grandfather Dularchand Yadav. Anant Singh’s nephews forcibly pulled his grandfather out of the car and started firing. A bullet hit Dularchand’s leg. Meanwhile he fell down. After this, Anant Singh’s supporters ran over him and ran away. When Dularchand Yadav was taken to the hospital, the doctors declared him dead.
Dularchand Yadav was close to Lalu
According to the police, Dularchand Yadav also has a criminal record. Many cases of murder and Arms Act are registered against Dularchand Yadav. Mokama was dominated by Dularchand Yadav in the 1980s. Dularchand was considered one of the leaders closest to Lalu Yadav. He had a deep hold in the Tal area in Mokama. In the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, he changed his direction and started openly supporting Jan Suraj candidate Piyush Priyadarshi alias Lallu Mukhiya.
