Big amount transferred from account

The Lokayukta has recommended that the investigation be conducted with ACB or ED and if the matter of money laundering comes up in it, then action should be taken under PMLA.

While presenting the report, the Lokayukta has also said that the Delhi Police Commissioner should file an FIR and action should be taken under the MCD Act on illegal construction. Also, when the charges are fixed, Monty should be warned or condemned. If these properties are made by illegal income, then a case should be filed in the court.
