Method of making oats curd masala

To make Oats Dahi Masala, first soak the oats. After this, finely cut onion, carrots, tomatoes and capsicum. After cutting, after cutting these vegetables and boil it in water. When the oats are cooked, take it out in a vessel. When the vegetables are well boiled, take them out in a vessel and add half a cup of curd, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt and make them miccharous well.
