Home Minister Amit Shah: Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Tuesday that the Narendra Modi government is determined to eliminate all kinds of drugs from the country. The government is making every effort to achieve this goal. Shah was addressing the second national conference of the heads of the Narcastic Work Force (AntF) of the states and union territories. He also said that the time has come to change the scale of action against the threat of drug addiction so that more successes are given in the coming days. The conference organized by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) started here on Tuesday. The Home Minister said that Prime Minister Modi has set a target of 2047 to make India a fully developed and great nation.
The foundation of the nation is youth
He said that to realize this dream of PM Modi, the country will have to be completely safe. Shah said that the Modi government is determined to eliminate the threat of drugs from the country and is making every effort to achieve this goal. He further said that PM Modi has kept a vision of creating such a India till 2047, which will be the number one of the world in every aspect and a fully developed India. A safe nation that no one can distinguish. Our youth are the greatest expectations for this. Said that if they are firm, then nothing is impossible, because they are the foundation of any nation. Shah said that in some parts of the world, people have seen a relationship between the development of a nation and the challenge of misuse of drugs. He said that unfortunately two areas from where drugs are supplied globally, they are very close to us. So it is time to fight against it firmly.
4,794 crore drugs destroyed
The Home Minister said that to achieve the goal of a fully developed India, it is very important to protect the younger generation from drugs. Shah said that the foundation of any great state is its younger generation. Shah said that there are three types of narcotics cartel – one that operates at all entry points in the country, the other are those who distribute in the state from the entry point and the third are those that sell drugs in small shops or kiosks. The minister said that the time has come to attack these three types of cartilage. I believe that this can happen only when the officers working against drugs decide to take strict action against them. The Home Minister also started the process of destroying drugs worth Rs 4,794 crore in different parts of the country. Shah said that the Modi government is firm to eliminate the danger of drugs by uniting all ANTFs. He also released the annual report of NCB 2024. The NCB drug drug diversion is actively coordinating with the GST department, state drug controllers, income tax officials and financial institutions to highlight the entire limit of the network.
