Dhilla Red corner notice was issued against

At the request of the state police, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) issued a red corner notice against Dhillla on November 6, 2024 and approached the NCB-Banklock, showing that he had gone to Cambodia from Thailand. Officials said that the accused had gone from Kolkata to Bangkok and went to Cambodia. The CBI immediately approached NCB-Nom Penh and told the officials that the desired criminal was traveling on fake travel documents. Dhilla had made his base in the Siem Reap area of ​​Cambodia. He used to run a nightclub. A CBI spokesperson said that on March 26, 2025, NCB-Nom Penh, Cambodia was sent a request for provisional arrest through Interpol channels. NCB-Nom Penh reported the arrest of the subject on July 24, 2025 and requested extradition request through diplomatic channels.

Was serving life imprisonment

Cambodian officials later informed that they have decided to hand over the accused to the Indian authorities.
