‘Health is bad, yet I will go’, SP MP Ziaur Burke ‘

Sambhal violence: Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal Zia ur Rehman Burke is going to appear before the team of UP SIT in the Sambhal violence case today. Burke held a press conference before appearing before the SIT team where he said that I have full faith in the Indian Constitution. I have full confidence in the process of judiciary. Although today I am not physically healthy, the doctor has instructed me to rest, yet I am going to join the inquiry. I do not want the police administration to feel that I do not want to cooperate in the investigation. After the press conference, Sambhal MP Zia ur Rehman Burke reached Kotwali.

SP MP serious allegations

It is worth noting that the SP MP has serious allegations in the case of violence erupted in Sambhal on 24 November 2024. The police has convicted him in this case. The MP is accused of inciting people of a particular society during the violence. The SIT had sent a notice to him for investigation and inquiry into the same case. Burke had said that in this case, an attempt has been made to drag his name unnecessarily. When a case was registered against me, I had wrongly met the speaker with SP chief Akhilesh Yadav against the wrongly adding my name.

‘This legal battle will continue against injustice’

Burke also said that until I get full justice in this matter with impartiality, this legal battle against injustice will continue. For information, let us know that a team of Sambhal police arrived with a heavy force in Uttar Pradesh on 24 November 2024 with a heavy force at the residence of SP MP Zia ur Rehman Burke. But on arrival, it was found out that the MPs were not at the residence at that time but had gone to Delhi.

Sadar of Sambhal Shahi Jama Masjid was also arrested

The UP police arrested Sadar, Zafar Ali of Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid in this case after questioning in the case of stone pelting and firing at the disputed site. Zafar Ali’s arrest is also associated with the incident of Sambhal violence on 24 November 2024.
