SC on Air India Plane Crash: The Supreme Court has heard today in the Air India plane crash case on 12 June. After this, the court has sought answers from DGCA, Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau and the Central Government.

SC On Air India Plane Crash : On June 12, the Supreme Court has heard the Air India Plain Crash case. In Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the plane of Air India filled with passengers suddenly crashed, due to which 270 people lost their lives, but the real reason for the plane crash has not been revealed yet. Investigation is still going on regarding this. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to the Central Government. The court has expressed displeasure over the initial report in this case and has sought answers from DGCA, Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau and the Central Government.

What is in the report?

Please tell that in the initial report in this case, the pilot responsible for this incident was held. On this, the Supreme Court has said that it is unfortunate to make such comments. In the PIL related to this case, it has been demanded that the investigation be independent and should be completed as soon as possible.

In this episode, advocate Prashant Bhushan appeared on behalf of the petitioner. He said that the accident has been more than 100 days till now only primary report has come. The reason is not clear in this.

What did Justice Kant and Prashant Bhushan say?

Hearing the matter, Justice Kant said that fair inquiry is necessary but why so many things are needed in public domain? On this, Bhushan said that the flight data recorder (FDR) records every mistake. It is not right to hide this information. However, Justice Kant says that it is not right to share the information in front of the public right now. On this, Bhushan said that the victim’s family and the pilots are angry that the report showed the pilot guilty from a line.
