Delhi AQI Today: Life has become difficult for the people living in the capital Delhi. The poison of pollution has put our breathing in danger. The level of pollution is showing no signs of decreasing. There was a lot of improvement in the average air quality (AQI) of Delhi yesterday on Sunday, but today again the pollution has reached the severe category. People are also expressing their anger by protesting on social media. Despite all the efforts made by the government like water sprinkling and cloud seeding, there is no improvement in air quality.
What is the AQI of Delhi today?
Talking about the AQI of Delhi on Monday, this morning the AQI of Delhi has been recorded at 370, which falls in the serious category. Yesterday morning this AQI was recorded at 268. Today again air pollution has returned to its previous level. Anti-smog guns are being used near Shastri Bhawan and efforts are also being made to improve pollution with the help of water sprinkling trucks. The situation is worse in other cities of NCR, the highest AQI was recorded at 407 in Greater Noida, 397 in Noida and 395 in Ghaziabad.

According to CPCB standards, an AQI between 0 to 50 is considered ‘good’, 51-100 ‘satisfactory’, 101-200 ‘moderate’, 201-300 ‘poor’, 301-400 ‘very poor’ and 401-500 ‘severe’.
