Rajnath Singh: Today Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh participated in the National Quality Conclave held in New Delhi and addressed the people present there. In his address, he emphasized the importance of quality in India, self -sufficiency in the defense sector and the need for innovation for the progress of the country. This conference was organized with the aim of promoting quality standards in the country and encouraging excellence in various fields.
India’s growing strength in defense sector
Highlighting India’s progress in the defense sector, the Defense Minister said that India is now not only able to meet its defense needs, but is also making its mark at the global level as well. Referring to the recently launched Operation Sindoor, he said that the Indian Army, Air Force and Navy have performed brilliantly in their strength and coordination in this operation. Rajnath Singh also mentioned his conversation with the heads of the three armies on this occasion and appreciated their preparations.
He said, “Our forces are not only protecting the boundaries, but also empowering us at technical and strategic levels. It is our priority to promote indigenous technology in the defense sector.”
