MP News: Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and National President of Bharatiya Janata Party Jagat Prakash Nadda inaugurated two government medical colleges in Sheopur and Singrauli districts of Madhya Pradesh.
MP NEWS: Union Minister JP Nadda said that India’s health structure has now become stronger than many other countries.
He said that during the earlier governments, where health policies were focused on the treatment of diseases (cure), now the current government has emphasized on the prevention of diseases by changing it. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party National President Jagat Prakash Nadda inaugurated two government medical colleges in Sheopur and Singrauli districts of Madhya Pradesh. In the presence of Nadda and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on the occasion, contracts were also signed for the establishment of medical colleges on Public Private Partnership (PPP) models in Dhar, Betul, Panna and Katni districts. Due to 100-100 MBBS seats in these two medical colleges, the number of government medical institutions in Madhya Pradesh has increased to 19, while the total number of medical seats has increased to 2,775.
Vandana card given to senior citizens
Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda distributed Vandana cards for senior citizens on the occasion and also launched ‘Smart Chatbott’ in the form of strengthening of maternal-infant security and digital innovation. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda said at the ceremony that India’s health structure has emerged much stronger than other countries of the world due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visionary policies. Targeting the previous governments, BJP President Nadda said that in the earlier health policy, the emphasis was on ‘curative’, in which the policy of getting sick first for a long time, then the policy of treatment was being implemented.
Prime Minister launched ‘Fit India’ campaign
Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda said that under the leadership of PM Modi, the government changed this policy and it was moved from ‘curative’ to the prevention. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda said that from this point of view the Prime Minister launched a campaign like ‘Fit India’, called for a 10 percent reduction in the use of oil and built Ayushman Arogya temples. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda said that due to the policies of the Central Government, the institutional delivery figure has reached 89 percent today and has also reduced in maternal and infant mortality. Nadda said that the central and state governments are providing health facilities in every village, so that people do not face any problem.
