Tejashwi Yadav announced that after the victory of the Grand Alliance, Jeevika Didis will get a salary of Rs 30 thousand every month. With this his job will be made permanent. Tejashwi will get insurance of five lakhs
Tejashwi Yadav announced at his official residence that after the formation of the Grand Alliance government, Jeevika Didis will be given thirty thousand rupees per month and their jobs will be made permanent. Along with this, insurance of Rs 5 lakh will also be provided to Jeevika Didis. Tejashwi Yadav announced for the contract workers that the service of all the contract workers of the state will be made permanent. One person in every family will be given a government job. After the formation of the government, this process will be completed within 20 months by bringing a law.
Historic announcements have been made that will bring qualitative change in the lives of Jeevika Didis who are facing physical, mental and economic exploitation due to the wrong policies of the government.

Promise of mother-daughter scheme
Tejashwi Yadav also promised to implement mother-daughter scheme for the progress of women. In this BETI stands for Benefit, Education, Training and Income. Under this scheme, women will not be given a loan but an amount of Rs 1.5 lakh will be given in five years.
Know who Jeevika Didis is
Let us tell you that in Bihar, a scheme is run by the government in the name of Jeevika Yojana. This scheme, started in 2006, is run with the help of the World Bank. In this scheme, 10-15 women form their own self-help group and every month they save a small amount and give loans to each other. Apart from this, the government also gives a loan of Rs 30-40 thousand to the group. Women also use this amount to do some business. The objective of this scheme is to empower women economically.

It is noteworthy that elections will be held in two phases on 243 seats of Bihar. Voting will be held on 121 seats in the first phase on November 6. After this, voting will be held on 122 seats in the second phase on November 11. After voting, the results will be released on November 14.
