Meanwhile, the news has been reported from the sources that the representative of the General Z group was interacting with Nepali President Ramchandra Paudel and Army chief Ashok Raj Sigdel at the Army Headquarters in Bhadrakali. He said that former Chief Justice Sushila Karki, Kathmandu Mayor Balendra Shah and two others were being considered by the General Z group protesting to lead the interim government. Interim leader Prime Minister KP Sharma will replace Oli, who resigned on Tuesday due to GEN-Z’s performance.

An army spokesperson confirmed that there was a discussion with various stakeholders. However, he did not give any name. The army spokesman said that we are catching a round of conversation with different stakeholders. Dialogue are mainly focused on finding a way out of the current deadlock and maintaining the status of law and order in the country. While advancing the meeting, dozens of youth were eagerly waiting outside the army headquarters. A similar meeting was held on Wednesday, but no significant result was found. According to sources, the purpose of the meeting is to get out of the current political deadlock, including nominating a acting leader and drawing a roadmap further. The new executive head will be the one who will hold new elections within a specified time limit. Apart from Karki and Shah, two other names are the Mayor of Kulman Gizing and Dharan Harka Sampung, former CEO of Nepal Electricity Authority.

However, sources suggested that Mayor Shah expressed his support for Karki, but the picture is not clear who will be the head of the new cabinet. There are reservation in a part of the General Z group about his name. Nepal drowned in a political crisis, as OLI resigned on Tuesday due to large -scale protests, inspiring the Nepal army to handle the law and order situation. Meanwhile, performing in some parts of Kathmandu, a small group of students from major parties has warned that the constitution should be preserved and democracy, human rights should be protected while forming a new government.
