Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday alleged that the BJP had won the Maharashtra assembly elections through fraud. He strongly advocated holding elections on ballot paper.

Addressing the AICC session here, Kharge also accused the Modi government of benefiting the capitalists and selling government properties to gradually eliminate democracy.
