Ranchi News: The opposition NDA said on Friday that it will intensify the attack on the ruling JMM -led coalition over the deteriorating law and order in the state in the monsoon session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. He will demand a CBI inquiry into the fake encounter of tribal leader Surya Hansda. The monsoon session of the assembly will start again on Monday and will run till August 28. BJP’s Chief Whip Naveen Jaiswal called Hansda’s encounter a “brutal murder” after a two -hour meeting of the legislative party. It is said that our party’s state president Babulal Marandi ji formed a seven -member fact under the leadership of former Union Minister Arjun Munda, who met relatives and villagers of Surya Hansda. Accused of ruining education system
Jaiswal said that the NDA will demand in the assembly that the government should order a CBI inquiry into the incident. In many criminal cases, the wanted Hansda was arrested on August 10 from Nawadih village in Deoghar and the alleged encounter took place when he was being taken to Rahdbadia Hills to recover hidden weapons. Hansda allegedly snatched a weapon from the police and fired on the policemen while trying to escape from the spot. The BJP leader also alleged that the present government is bent on ruining the education system. This is a means to curb the power of the Governor. He alleged that the government is not able to manage schools properly and wants to control universities. Jaiswal said that the condition of schools in the states can be seen, most of which are in a dilapidated state.
Government give compensation on destroyed crops
The problems of the farmers were also discussed in the meeting and the government’s silence on the loss of crops due to the rising price of urea and the ongoing heavy rains was questioned. Jaiswal said that we will demand adequate compensation from the government to control immediate intervention and farmers whose crops have been destroyed in heavy rains to control the prices of urea. Jaiswal claimed that the special branch has reported that the lives of many MLAs are threatened, yet they are not being given adequate security. In the meeting, Nirmal Mahato, MLA of AJSU party from Mandu, alleged that while former MLA of his party Ramchandra Sahi does not have a single bodyguard, the district and block president of the ruling party are enjoying this facility. He also advocated a complete ban on the sale and purchase of liquor in the state while paying tribute to tribal leader and former Chief Minister Shibu Soren. LJP MLA Ram Vilas, Chatra MLA Janardan Paswan said that his party will raise the issues given by the NDA coalition partners in the assembly. The NDA has 24 MLAs in the 81 -member assembly.
