Luthra Brothers Deported: Luthra Brothers, the most wanted accused in the Goa fire incident and club owners, have come under the scanner of Goa Police. Thai authorities on Tuesday deported Goa nightclub owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra to India. The CBI team had gone to Thailand from here and is bringing back the Luthra Brothers by flight. As soon as they land at the airport, Goa Police will take them into custody and interrogate them about this entire fire incident. On December 6, 25 people died in a fire in this nightclub.

Both brothers had fled the country after the accident

Let us tell you, on December 6, a fire broke out in the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub located in Arpora, North Goa. A few hours after this accident, the club owner Luthra Bhai left India and went to Phuket, Thailand. He was seen at the airport, after which an Interpol Blue Corner Notice was issued against him. After the intervention of the Indian Embassy in this matter, on December 11, Thai authorities took both of them into custody in Phuket. The Indian Embassy was in constant touch with the Thai government in this matter. In several videos circulating online, the Luthra brothers were seen at Bangkok airport.

Five managers arrested

25 people died in the Goa Club fire, which spread anger in Goa. An investigation was launched into alleged security violations and negligence by the nightclub management. It was revealed that the club owner had moved to Thailand. Meanwhile, during the investigation, Goa Police has arrested five managers and staff members. Now Luthra Bhai will also be caught by Goa Police. After this, transit remand will be taken from Delhi Court, after which he will be taken to Goa for questioning.

Investigation is being done in other clubs also

After the Goa fire incident, other clubs in the state are also being investigated and sealed. The famous restaurant ‘The Cape Goa’, built on a rock in South Goa district, has been sealed for violation of fire and other safety norms, an official said on Tuesday. According to the sealing order issued on Monday, continued operation of the premises without the necessary safety clearance poses a major and serious threat to human life and property. There is a risk of fire, electrical short-circuit, structural failure in the restaurant.
