- Potato
- Oil
- Mustard grains
- Fennel

- Green chili-ginger paste
- chilli powder
- Green coriander
- Lemon juice
- Garlic buds
- Turmeric powder
- Tamarind
- Salt

Vada Pav making recipe
To make vada pav, heat the oil in the pan and fry the asafetida, mustard seeds and fennel. Now add onion and green chili-garlic paste and fry it. Later add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and green coriander. Now add lemon juice to it. As soon as the fragrance of the spices comes, turn off the gas. After this, heat the oil in another pan and add garlic, whole red chili, white sesame and grated coconut to it. After this, add roasted peanuts, salt and red chili powder to it. After this, mix tamarind and prepare a paste of everything. Now mix gram flour, soda, salt and red chili powder in a bowl and prepare a solution. Along with this, make small balls of boiled potatoes. Now fry potato balls in gram flour solution and fry it. When the potato balls turn golden brown, then you remove them from the oil. Fry a little green chili in this oil too. Now cut the vada pov from the middle and apply green chutney and spices paste in it and keep the potato dumplings in the middle. You serve it hot with green chili sauce.
