Ingredients for Cheese Patties
Paneer – 200 grams, finely grated
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium sized
Green chilli – 2, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon, grated
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons, finely chopped
Cornflour – 2 teaspoons
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying

Paneer Patties Recipe
To make paneer patties, first grate the paneer. After this mash the potatoes.
Add mashed potatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the grated cheese and mix well. prepare it like dough
Make small patties of your choice from this dough. If you want, you can make round, square, oval or star shaped patties.
After this, add two spoons of cornflour in a bowl and prepare a solution by adding water. Spread bread crumbs in another plate.
Now dip each patty in cornflour solution, take it out and then wrap it well in bread crumbs. By doing this the patties will become very crispy.
After this, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. Now put the patties in oil and fry them. Fry them until they turn golden brown and then take them out.
