Method of making yogurt

To make curd tempering, first put oil in a pan and heat it. After this, add half a teaspoon of cumin, 2 finely chopped chili, garlic pieces. After a few seconds, now add chopped onion in 2 big shapes. Now fry the onion till it turns golden. After this, add curd to it and mix for a few minutes. Now add salt according to taste and garnish with coriander and eat it hot with rice or roti.
