Method of making mango juice curry
- Mix raw and ripe mango pulp in the bowl.
- After this, mix gram flour, buttermilk and salt and make a paste.
- Now heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds and let the seeds burst.
- Then add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and asafoetida and keep mixing well for 2 minutes.
- After this, add a mixture of mango pulp and keep stirring with hands.
- Now cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then mix some water and salt in it and mix it well and let it boil for some time.
- After closing the heat, put the curry in a serving bowl and serve hot.
