Yamuna water level is decreasing

The relief thing is that the water of Yamuna river entered many areas, which seems to be decreasing now. Due to this, people have got relief. The water level of Yamuna has been recorded at 205.65 till 5 am on Sunday morning. It is expected that soon the areas where Yamuna water has entered. But even today, rain alert has been issued, which can create even more problems.

Flood havoc in Punjab

Apart from the capital, there is havoc in Punjab due to heavy rains. The floods in the rivers of Punjab have affected a total of 23 districts. Many people have lost their lives due to floods in Punjab. More than 3.87 lakh people are in flood in 500 villages in Punjab.

Alert in UP too

Monsoon is still being seen in UP. The Meteorological Department has issued rain alert for many districts of western Uttar Pradesh today. At the same time, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in many districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains, waterlogging and strong winds are also expected in many areas of UP.

Danger of diseases

People living in relief camps are not only having problems with living and eating, but the risk of diseases between them also seems to be increasing. During this time, patients of fever, grains and fungal infections are reaching the doctors. Its effect is more visible in children and the elderly.

Traffic is also increasing trouble

In many areas, due to waterlogging, vehicles are seen crawling on the roads. Due to this, the situation of traffic jam is continuously becoming. The police had to install diversion at many places. In such a situation, the district administration has advised the people that no one should take a bath, boat or roam in Yamuna.
