Modi said - 'Katta Raj' will return if Grand Alliance government comes to power

Bihar Election: PM Modi fiercely attacked the Grand Alliance in Bihar. Said that if the Grand Alliance government comes, ‘Katta Raj’ will return.

Bihar Election: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday claimed that people are not voting for the RJD-led opposition in Bihar because they fear that if the grand alliance comes to power, the government will put a ‘katta’ on their heads. The PM was addressing a rally organized in Sitamarhi district on Saturday. He said that NDA is facilitating start-up enterprises besides development in areas like better education and sports. Modi said that I shudder to hear that RJD in its campaign is making children say that they want to become ‘colourful’ when they grow up. The Prime Minister, who has addressed more than a dozen rallies in the state since the announcement of elections, said that wherever I go, I get the same feeling that we do not want a ‘Katta’ government, we want an NDA government again. This is because people do not want a government that puts a ‘katta’ on their heads and asks them to raise their hands. People do not want hands up, but want startups, which NDA will facilitate.

Said that NDA stays away from ‘Katta’ and promotes school bags, computers, cricket bats and hockey sticks. The Prime Minister expressed happiness over the huge turnout in the first phase of elections two days ago. Modi said that you have given a big blow to the opposition. He has had sleepless nights. Modi is emphasizing that the huge turnout is a sign of the tremendous support the NDA is getting. Modi also mentioned the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyami Yojana’ launched a month ago, under which Rs 10,000 each have been sent to the accounts of more than one crore women. Said that this would never have been possible under the rule of those who ruled the jungles. Modi also mentioned the Punaura Dham project in Sitamarhi, the birthplace of Goddess Sita, which is an example of respect for the heritage of the NDA.

Grand alliance accused of giving protection to infiltrators

He accused the Congress prince of insulting the faith of mothers and sisters by calling Chhath festival a drama and gimmick. Said, isn’t this an insult to our feelings? Shouldn’t they be punished? The best way to punish in a democracy is the power of your vote. These people have been disrespecting Mahakumbh and Ram temple in Ayodhya. Modi alleged that due to their vote bank politics, RJD-Congress have boycotted not only the Ram temple but also the temples of Mata Shabari, Maharishi Valmiki and Nishad Raj in Ayodhya. People motivated by vote bank politics can never do any good to the state. Their vote bank politics has inspired them to give protection to infiltrators also. Modi said that the youth of Bihar will not go out. They will get employment opportunities in the state itself.
